SPECTROLAB on FITA 2026

We are still deeply moved by the experiences of the 16th International Puppet Theater Festival (FITA) in Florianópolis.
On May 29, we presented Dinner to an audience of over 500 people at UFSC’s Garapuvu Auditorium, sharing a work that has been in the making for years—shaped by artistic residencies, travels, encounters, and many transformations.
It was a tremendous joy to represent Mato Grosso at one of Latin America’s most important festivals dedicated to puppet theater. More than just a performance, FITA served as a space for exchange, conversation, discovery, and reunions with artists from across Brazil and around the world.

Seeing the images, creatures, and landscapes of *Jantar* encounter new perspectives reaffirms the importance of continuing to create, research, and imagine other possible worlds through art.
We thank FITA for the invitation, the audience who attended, and all the partners, supporters, and collaborators who are part of this journey.
We keep moving forward.
